Overlooking the beach of Kyani Akti, this 250 m² residence redefines the notion of temporary living, offering spaces that blend privacy with openness to the landscape.
Its composition is guided by a clear, symmetrical geometry, with a central staircase core organizing two independent apartments per floor. At the top, an autonomous maisonette completes the structure, introducing a sense of understated luxury and freedom.
Interiors are enveloped in earthy hues, natural textures, and subtle industrial details, while shades of red and burned orange establish a bold dialogue with the surrounding natural context. Through this interplay of colour, texture, and form, Akti Project achieves a harmonious coexistence between nature and architecture, a tranquil retreat at the edge of Preveza’s coastline.
