It is a renovation of an apartment-penthouse, which is located in the most central part of the city of Patras.
This apartment is 71 square meters and it was originally designed as a temporary accommodation and rental space. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a single kitchen-living room.
A complete remodeling of the internal arrangements of the space was carried out. The main concern throughout the design process, was the full utilization and highlighting of the view of this apartment.
A Scandinavian style of interior design and objects was chosen, while in terms of materials, white and black surfaces dominate as well as the wooden floor in all bedrooms.
