The store is housed on the ground floor of an emblematic neoclassical building in the center of Patras.
Externally, minimal interventions were carried out to highlight the building’s main structure and to implement the new corporate identity of the store.
Inside the store, materiality was used to create monolithic white volumes that constitute and define the basic structure and organization of the space.
The central idea was based around the removal of the display window’s concept. These cubes are sometimes placed in the center of the space (thereby bringing the showcase to the inner – center of the space) and sometimes at its edges. In this way, there is flexibility to the overall structure of the space, and diversity in the organization as well as the display of the products.
At the same time, a special lighting study was carried out using ideal equipment that does not dazzle and does not alter the colors of the products.
Overall, a deductive structure was followed which essentially serves two purposes. Firstly, it is the fact that it fits harmoniously with the neoclassical type of the building and secondly, it is the perfect way of background to fully highlight a premium product.
