PRACTICA

The project involves the renovation and redefinition of an old school building of 400 sq.m., now housing the Lifelong Learning Center Practica. The design reimagined the building’s purpose while introducing a fresh corporate identity.

Branding
The company’s logo was redesigned, and the visual communication was redefined to include both interior and exterior applications.

Outdoor Spaces
The building is arranged on two levels, forming a T-shaped layout. The ground floor connects directly to a 130 sq.m. outdoor space, which was completely redesigned to restore its natural character and improve usability.
The once heavily concreted yard was transformed into a green courtyard. A pergola, monolithic tables, and benches were added to create a welcoming, multifunctional space for breaks, relaxation, and small gatherings.

Exterior
The exterior of the building was preserved to respect its original design, with selective interventions to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Key areas, like the reception, were highlighted by carefully adjusting the building’s shapes and details. The colors applied to the exterior were carefully aligned with the new corporate identity, reflecting its dynamic and contemporary vision.

Interior
The interior was comprehensively redesigned to meet the needs of modern education. Classrooms were restructured for flexibility and efficient use of natural light. The color scheme features a combination of white and black, enriched with vivid neon accents.

This renovation project is a prime example of a balanced integration of old and new, blending respect for the building’s original character with a forward-looking approach while creating functional, and aesthetically pleasing educational environment.
